Beneficial Uses for Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a Natural State of Relaxation. Much like the relaxation experienced through Mediation, Rest, or some types of Yoga, it is a tool or method to connect with deep parts of your consciousness and at times, your Highest Self.

These are just some examples. Each client is unique in needs and results. We can discuss by phone or email and I will draw from numerous methods and techniques appropriate for you.
How to Prepare and What to Expect
Please abstain from caffeine before your session, if possible.
Allow yourself at least one hour for the initial consultation & session.
The use of drugs or marijuana before a session inhibits the "work" to be done, so please refrain.
If you are taking any anti-anxiety medication, please inform me when you contact me for an appointment.
Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy do not replace prescribed medical help.
First, I will listen and may ask you further questions about why you have chosen Hypnotherapy. After that we will begin.
During your session, please relax in a comfortable position.
The experience can seem timeless. I'll be there to keep track of the time for you!
When the session is over, we can discuss it for a bit. Within yourself, the processing will take place. The new understandings that you gain from our work will often continue to blossom.
